rain just to the west of the city now. light rain activity, columbia at 54 and 45 by rock hall. we have southeast winds to the west of us. the winds going back to the west to northwest. that is allowing colder air moving in. and colder air will be with us all weekend long. here's that weak kind of frontal boundary. 54 here. 60s south of d.c. west of the front, in the 30s. 32 now, near elkin. light snow in that area. rain and snow mixed up here. north of chambersburg. that's all light snow from pittsburgh west. this front moved through tonight. get some rain showers later on as it does get a little colder, snowflakes mixing in. and there may be a light accumulation, as you mentioned, north of the city. mainly on the lawns. the ground is just so warm on the streets around 60 degrees. but tomorrow, we have a slightly different scenario. we'll have colder air coming in from the north. you can already see the cold temps up there. and there's low pressure that moves through the area tonight. kind of re-forms off the coast. it will drag that colder air back around the region. so we --

a few spots north of the city. pennsylvania had a little bit of sleep for a few minutes then it was just light rain. temperatures stayed in the 30s, mid-30s. deep pressure, some snow up there moving to dragging this moisture along the southern area of the united states. pretty much south of us but some of that is going to come back to the north by wednesday. wednesday night we expect low pressure to be developing offshore and then move away. two questions remain, how much moisture get -- gets into the baltimore, maryland region. and how much air will be there as the moisture arrives. looks like we'll see some rain on wednesday. then we'll see some rain. it's an iffy situation. it could stay south to where we get just a little bit of it. maybe just a little bit of rain wednesday or wednesday night. we'll keep tracking that for you as we head into wednesday. the bay temp around 38 has gone up a little bit. so tonight becoming partly loudty and breezy down around 37 -- partically cloudy and breezy down around 37. it'l
